You will operate as part of a globally distributed IT function with UK-based leadership, working flexibly to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder alignment.  **Responsibilities:**  - Lead a portfolio of complex technology initiatives across infrastructure, cloud platforms, security tooling, integrations and business-critical applications   - Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time, cost and quality parameters   - Translate strategic objectives into structured technical roadmaps and detailed implementation plans   - Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and validate technical designs, integration patterns and non-functional requirements   - Identify and manage technical, architectural and operational risks, embedding mitigation strategies into delivery plans   - Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring effective resource and capacity planning   - Operate robust change governance processes, including technical impact assessment and change control   - Ensure smooth transition of solutions into live environments, aligned with IT service management practices   - Support vendor evaluation, technical due diligence and technology selection processes  **Values**   Our four core values are the cornerstones of culture at Interpath and steer everything from everyday decisions to larger strategic initiatives.
