We are looking for an Associate to join our dynamic Contentious Insolvency team. This is a strong opportunity for someone keen to build expertise in investigations and disputes arising from insolvency matters, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-moving, high-quality environment.

Responsibilities:** 

-   Assist in managing a variety of contentious insolvency cases, including issues related to antecedent transactions, misfeasance claims, and asset recovery matters.
-   Conduct research and analysis to support case strategies, providing valuable insights into legal and financial precedents.
-   Prepare documentation, including reports and presentations, to assist with client engagements and internal processes.
-   Support senior team members in case management and client interactions, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
-   Participate in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and claims, collaborating with legal advisors when necessary.
-   Stay up to date on changes in relevant legislation and regulations impacting contentious insolvency.
-   Engage in professional development activities and training to enhance personal skills and contribute to team objectives.

## Requirements

**Education and Experience Required:** 

-   A Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, accounting, or a related field.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial information.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
-   Prior experience or internships in financial services, legal advisory, or restructuring is an advantage but not essential.
