## Requirements

You bring strong analytical capabilities, commercial curiosity, and a genuine interest in strategy, M&A, and business transformation.

You should have:

-   **Ongoing or recently completed Master's studies** in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-   Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transaction services, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
-   Interest in M&A, strategy execution, operational improvement, and value creation
-   Excellent quantitative and data analysis capabilities
-   Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-   Strong communication and presentation skills
-   A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
-   **Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)**
-   Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
