> Interweave · Athens, Greece · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-26

**Salary:** EUR 16,000–19,000

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Brand, Account and Production Management

## Description

**Unit:** BLUE TEAM - Strategy, Consulting & Insights
**Location:** Athens, Greece
**Employment:** Full-time
**Level:** Junior / Early Career

### The Role

INTERWEAVE is looking for an **Engagement & Project Executive** to join our **Consulting Unit (BLUE Team) - Strategy & Insights** unit.

This is an early-career role for someone who wants to learn how complex consulting and transformation projects are structured, managed and delivered — while working directly with strategists, consultants, researchers, creatives, technologists and senior client stakeholders.

You will sit at the intersection of **project management, consulting delivery and client engagement**.

You will help our consulting teams turn ambitious briefs into structured programmes of work: organising information, coordinating teams and stakeholders, supporting research and workshops, managing timelines and deliverables, preparing client materials and making sure projects keep moving.

This is **not a traditional Account Executive role**.

You will not simply manage requests between a client and an agency team. You will learn to understand the business challenge behind the request, connect different disciplines, structure the work required and help deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will work across projects in areas including:

- Strategy & Transformation
- Brand & Business Strategy
- Research, Insights & Intelligence
- Customer & Brand Experience
- Innovation & New Product Development
- Organisational & Change Management
- Placemaking & Destination Strategy
- Digital & AI Transformation
- Strategic Marketing & Communications Planning

The role is designed as a strong foundation for someone who wants to develop into an **Engagement Manager, Project Manager or Consultant** within INTERWEAVE.

### What You Will Do

### 01\. Project & Engagement Management

Support the day-to-day management of consulting engagements from kick-off through final delivery.

You will:

- Help translate scopes of work into clear project plans, workstreams, milestones and actions.
- Build and maintain project timelines, trackers and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams across strategy, research, creative, technology and specialist disciplines.
- Follow up on actions, dependencies and deadlines.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, decision logs and next-step summaries.
- Track deliverables and ensure that agreed actions move forward.
- Identify delays, dependencies or delivery risks early and escalate them appropriately.
- Support project budget, resource and scope tracking.
- Help maintain an accurate picture of project status at all times.

Your job is not simply to update a tracker.

Your job is to **understand what needs to happen next and help make it happen.**

### 02\. Client Engagement

Support Engagement Managers, Consultants and Directors in creating a highly professional client experience.

You will:

- Participate in client meetings, workshops, interviews and working sessions.
- Coordinate day-to-day project communication with client teams.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas and follow-ups.
- Capture decisions, requirements, feedback and open questions.
- Ensure client input reaches the right members of the project team.
- Follow up on information, documentation and approvals required for the project.
- Help maintain strong, structured and transparent communication throughout each engagement.

Over time, you will progressively take ownership of specific client interactions and project workstreams.

### 03\. Consulting Delivery Support

You will work closely with our consultants and strategists to support the development of high-quality consulting deliverables.

Depending on the project, this may include:

- Desk research and information gathering.
- Competitive and market research.
- Benchmarking and best-practice reviews.
- Organising and analysing client information.
- Supporting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Structuring findings and research outputs.
- Developing charts, frameworks and project documentation.
- Supporting the preparation of strategic presentations.
- Proofreading and quality checking deliverables.
- Converting discussions, research and analysis into structured outputs.

You will gradually learn how INTERWEAVE moves from **information → insight → strategy → implementation.**

### 04\. Workshops, Research & Stakeholder Coordination

Many or our projects involve multiple stakeholders, interviews, workshops and collaborative sessions.

You will help:

- Design and coordinate interview and workshop schedules.
- Manage participant lists and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare workshop materials and supporting documentation.
- Capture outputs, findings, decisions and actions.
- Organise research inputs and source material.
- Coordinate questionnaires, data requests and client documentation.
- Consolidate outputs into structured working documents for the consulting team.

### 05\. Presentations & Documentation

Consulting requires clarity.

You will support the team in creating materials that make complex projects easy to understand.

You should become excellent at:

- PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Excel / Google Sheets.
- Project documentation.
- Meeting summaries.
- Research repositories.
- Timelines and project trackers.
- Workshop documentation.
- Executive summaries.
- Structured client communications.

You will help ensure that everything leaving the BLUE team is **clear, accurate, structured and presentation-ready.**

### 06\. Internal Collaboration

BLUE projects frequently bring together different INTERWEAVE capabilities.

You may find yourself coordinating a strategist, researcher, designer, architect, developer, data specialist and external expert within the same engagement.

You will:

- Connect the people involved in each project.
- Ensure everyone understands the brief, deadlines and dependencies.
- Organise internal working sessions and reviews.
- Keep documentation and project information organised.
- Support effective collaboration across INTERWEAVE's Consulting, Creative and Technology teams.

### What We Are Looking For

We are looking primarily for **potential, intelligence and attitude**.

You do not need to arrive as a fully formed consultant or project manager. We want people who can develop into excellent ones.

You are likely to have:

- 0–2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, research, strategy, marketing, innovation, professional services or a related environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Political Science, International Relations or another relevant discipline.

- The ability to work across several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- The ability to structure information and make sense of complexity.

- A proactive mindset: you see what needs to happen and do not always wait to be asked.
- Comfort working with different personalities, disciplines and seniority levels.
- A genuine desire to learn.
- Experience with tools such as **Teamwork**, **Asana, Monday, Notion, Miro, Figma, AI productivity tools or other project-management and collaboration platforms** is useful but not essential.

### We Will Particularly Value

Experience or interest in any of the following will be considered an advantage:

### The Person

We think you will thrive in this role if you are:

**Structured.**
You naturally turn complexity into lists, priorities, timelines and actions.

**Curious.**
You want to understand the client's business, not simply complete the task.

**Reliable.**
When you take ownership of something, people know it will move forward.

**Sharp.**
You listen carefully, understand quickly and can distinguish what matters from what does not.

**Detail-oriented.**
You notice the wrong number, forgotten attachment, inconsistent slide or missing action.

**Confident but humble.**
You are comfortable speaking with senior people while remaining open to learning.

**Collaborative.**
You enjoy bringing different people and disciplines together.

**Resourceful.**
When you don't know something, your first instinct is to figure out how to find the answer.

**Ambitious.**
You are looking for a place where responsibility can grow quickly as your capabilities grow.
