## Description

-   Engage with **corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders** to understand their requirements and identify business opportunities.
-   Support the team in **generating leads, developing new business, and managing existing client relationships**.
-   Participate in the complete sales cycle, including **client meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiations, order booking, and project handover**.
-   Understand customer requirements and coordinate with **Design, Costing, Production, SCM, and Site teams** to ensure smooth project execution.
-   Assist in preparing **commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations**.
-   Support the team in monitoring sales pipelines, forecasts, market trends, and upcoming business opportunities.
-   Develop an understanding of **project costing, margins, timelines, and commercial decision-making**.
-   Work closely with Operations to ensure customer commitments are translated into effective execution.
-   Handle customer queries professionally and contribute towards delivering an excellent **customer experience**.
-   Prepare reports and presentations to support sales reviews and management decisions.

## Requirements

Holds a **BBA in Marketing, Sales Management, Supply Chain, Operations**, or a related discipline.

Is a **fresh graduate to 1 year of experience**.

Is genuinely interested in building a career in **Sales and Business Development**.

Can communicate and engage with clients **confidently and professionally**.

Is comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.

Has a **commercial mindset** and enjoys working towards targets.

Is willing to learn the operational and technical side of projects.

Is proactive, energetic, curious, and comfortable taking on challenging assignments.

Has good communication, presentation, analytical, and MS Office skills.
