## Description

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop creative concepts, space plans, layouts, and design solutions for Retail and Corporate projects.
-   Prepare professional presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
-   Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
-   Support teams in developing creative and commercially feasible design solutions.
-   Assist with BOQs, technical documentation, and design coordination.
-   Conduct site visits, where required, to verify design requirements.
-   Coordinate with Production and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
-   Stay updated on design trends, materials, and workplace innovations.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Experience**

🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Architecture (B.Arch)** or a relevant architectural qualification.

💼 **3–4 years of relevant professional experience** in architecture, interior design, or corporate/retail design projects.

💻 Proficiency in design software and presentation tools.

🤝 Strong communication, coordination, and creative problem-solving skills.
