## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Business Development**

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively presenting Interwood's value proposition to prospective corporate clients

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to generate new business and drive repeat engagement.

**Proposal & Presentation Development**

·       Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and customized solutions tailored to client requirements and business objectives

**Target Achievement**

·       Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the Corporate Sales strategy

·       Monitor personal sales pipeline and take corrective action to close gaps against target

**Cross-Functional Execution**

·       Collaborate closely with design, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless order execution, on-time delivery, and high client satisfaction

**Market & Client Insight**

·       Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable sales approaches

## Requirements

**Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

**3-5 years of experience** in corporate sales preferably within the furniture/ interior industry/building material industry.

**Skills & Competencies:**

-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
-   Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
-   Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
-   Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Relationship with architects/builders will be preference
