## Description

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the KDW sales team in achieving sales targets and converting leads into confirmed orders.
-   Read and interpret **technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, dimensions, and construction details** to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
-   Oversee kitchen and wardrobe layouts, 3D renders, quotations, and technical documentation.
-   Review drawings, specifications, and quotations before submission to clients and the factory.
-   Coordinate with technical, factory design, SCM, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely order execution.
-   Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, installation monitoring, and project closure.
-   Manage client relationships, follow-ups, design approvals, payments, and complaint resolution.
-   Monitor team performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure showroom standards and SOP compliance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's of Architecture, Diploma in Interior Design, or equivalent
-   5–7 years of relevant experience in kitchen and wardrobe sales, design consultation, or project furniture, preferably with team leadership experience.
-   **Strong technical drawing reading and interpretation skills are essential.**
-   Proficiency in IMOS, AutoCAD, 3D rendering tools, and working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
-   Good understanding of kitchen and wardrobe materials, finishes, hardware, site measurements, and installation requirements.
-   Strong leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
