## Description

We are looking for a **Site Supervisor** to oversee installation projects and ensure smooth execution from measurement to final inspection. If you have experience in site supervision, technical verification, and client coordination, we encourage you to apply!

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Initial Maesurement of kitchen, Doors, Wardrobes, Office & Floorings.

-   Verify the drawing sizes  kitchen, Doors, Wardrobes for order.
-   Points marking of kitchens (Gass, plumbing & Electric point ) and Lights Marking in Wardobes.
-   Conduct site inspection & meeting with client architect & contractors regarding site challenges & ensure him to complete the work before installation.
-   Pre-Delivery inspection to check the site condition is ready as per IWM standard for installation.
-   Making  checklists, provide solution, and verify them technically before forwarding to relevant teams.
-   Meeting with Client Supervisor / Client for update the progress & Troubles.
-   Plan upcoming installations and coordinate with sales and design teams for site-related queries.
-   Resolve all technical matters at the site with Safe & Properly
-   Verify contractors’ bills and expenses to ensure accurate billing and budget control.
-   Conduct a final inspection of Product after Installation & Final Finishing , QA  Points make sure to resolved before handing over the Site / Project.
-   Lead and manage site and contractor labor, ensuring efficient and productive site management.
-   Report site status and progress to the Sites Manager daily & Weekly.
-   Timely Proceed the Complaints with Supporting witness (Eg.Checklist, Tag , Picture , Video)

## Requirements

-   **Experience in site supervision** (preferably in kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-outs).
-   Strong **technical understanding** of drawings, measurements, and installation procedures.
-   Ability to coordinate with **clients, architects, and contractors** to solve challenges.
-   Knowledge of **quality assurance, safety measures, and budgeting**.
-   Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.
-   Willing to travel to project sites.
