**Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) to join our team.**

### Responsibilities:

-   Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
-   Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams.
-   Design and optimize portfolio management, project management, demand management, and resource management processes.
-   Translate business requirements into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
-   Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
-   Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

### Requirements:

-   5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
-   Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM.
-   Experience with strategic portfolio, project, and demand management processes.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-   Fluent German (C1) and English.
-   EU-based location.
