## Description

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Business Analyst** to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**

-   Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for integration with the credit pipeline
-   Support the implementation of an API that will enable the credit pipeline to:

-   create loan agreements
-   generate repayment schedules
-   support the process up to the loan disbursement stage

-   Analyze and describe current and target business processes (**as-is / to-be**)
-   Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team
-   Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design
-   Define tasks for developers and support the implementation process
-   Participate in evaluating and validating vendor technical solutions
-   Collaborate within an Agile project environment (Scrum / Kanban)

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst** or **System Analyst** in banking, insurance, or financial IT
-   **Hands-on experience with RS-Bank v6 is mandatory**
-   Good understanding of **banking processes**, primarily in the **lending domain**
-   Experience with **API integration** projects
-   Ability to model and document business processes (**as-is / to-be**)
-   Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
-   Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate unclear business needs into structured specifications
-   Experience in task definition for developers and supporting the delivery process
-   Understanding of technical architecture and ability to evaluate vendor solutions
-   Experience working in **Agile** environments (**Scrum / Kanban**)
-   English level: **A2 or higher**
