### Responsibilities:

-   Analyze software asset management and software licensing processes.
-   Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
-   Support software compliance and optimization initiatives.
-   Design and improve SAM-related workflows and reporting.
-   Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers.
-   Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.

### Requirements:

-   5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
-   Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM.
-   Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and software asset lifecycle management.
-   Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
-   Fluent German (C1) and English.
