**Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow Interface Analysis to join our team.**

### Responsibilities:

-   Analyze business interfaces, system dependencies, and integration requirements.
-   Gather and document data flow and interface specifications.
-   Collaborate with integration teams, architects, and stakeholders.
-   Identify process and data mapping requirements.
-   Support interface testing and validation activities.
-   Ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.

### Requirements:

-   5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
-   Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and enterprise ecosystems.
-   Experience with interface analysis, data mapping, and process modeling.
-   Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration concepts.
-   Fluent German (C1) and English.
-   EU-based location.
