## Description

**Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join its innovative team.**

### Project Details

### Project Responsibilities

-   Build the Journey 1 AI agent using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
-   Design and implement state machines, prompts, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms based on the agreed conversation design.
-   Integrate the agent with the mini-orchestrator platform and OTP verification flow.
-   Integrate AI agents with external systems and APIs using tool-calling capabilities.
-   Lead system and integration testing activities.
-   Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified defects.
-   Ensure reliable agent behavior through validation, error handling, and fallback strategies.

### Requirements

-   Strong hands-on experience building LLM-based conversational agents using **Azure AI Foundry** and **LangGraph**.
-   Proven expertise in **Prompt Engineering**, guardrails design, and fallback strategies.
-   Experience integrating AI agents with external APIs through tool-calling frameworks.
-   Solid understanding of conversational AI architecture and orchestration patterns.
-   Experience designing customer-facing AI solutions for regulated environments.
-   Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
-   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
-   Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries.
-   Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
-   Knowledge of AI testing, evaluation, and quality assurance practices.
