## Description

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a **Solution Architect** to join our team and provide exceptional customer support.

The role requires **on-site work at the client’s office in Almaty, Kazakhstan**.

**Responsibilities**

-   Design the target microservice architecture, defining service boundaries and component responsibilities
-   Design synchronous and asynchronous service interactions using REST, gRPC, and Kafka
-   Develop integration architecture connecting internal services with external banking systems
-   Define API contracts, integration interfaces, and approaches to API security and inter-service communication
-   Design for fault tolerance, scalability, high load, and data consistency
-   Define strategies for error handling, retries, and recovery from failures
-   Define the use of Docker and Kubernetes within the solution architecture
-   Create and maintain architectural documentation using C4, UML, sequence diagrams, and component diagrams
-   Analyze existing banking systems and integrations, identifying constraints and opportunities for improvement
-   Assess technical risks and the impact of architectural changes
-   Select technologies and architectural patterns based on business requirements and technical constraints
-   Make and document architectural decisions, explaining them to technical and business stakeholders
-   Guide development teams during implementation and collaborate with analysts, DevOps, and other technical teams

## Requirements

-   Proven experience independently designing microservice architectures and making architectural decisions
-   Experience designing distributed systems with multiple interacting services
-   Experience designing REST and/or gRPC APIs and integration solutions
-   Hands-on experience with Kafka or other message brokers
-   Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous service communication
-   Experience designing fault-tolerant, scalable, and high-load systems
-   Experience creating architectural documentation using C4, UML, and interaction diagrams
-   Experience with Docker and Kubernetes at the architectural level
-   Understanding of distributed systems security, including OAuth, TLS, authentication, authorization, and access control
-   Experience designing banking, payment, fintech, or other systems with strict reliability and data consistency requirements
-   Ability to analyze existing architectures and justify technology and design choices
-   Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across technical teams
-   English level: A2+
-   Availability to work on-site at the client’s office in Almaty
