### Responsibilities:

-   Analyze cybersecurity and security operations processes.
-   Gather requirements related to vulnerability response, incident response, and security workflows.
-   Work closely with security teams and technical stakeholders.
-   Translate business needs into ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
-   Support process optimization and automation initiatives.
-   Participate in testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.

### Requirements:

-   5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
-   Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps.
-   Understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
