**Qualifications & Experience**

Required:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or Computer science or related field.
-   1-3 years of proven work experience as a support engineer.
-   Knowledge of MS Windows OS environment (Linux knowledge is a plus).
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
-   In-depth knowledge of computer hardware.
-   Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
-   Professional working proficiency in English (written & verbal).

-   Microsoft 365 administration.
