### **The team you will be part of**

The R2R Accountant is a mid-level member of Intrepid's Finance Center of Excellence (COE), supporting the R2R Supervisor across all COE markets (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines). The role helps the Supervisor complete four areas of work: marketing adjustments, Social Commerce (SoCom) review (mainly livestream and affiliate activities), G&A-related accounting, and intercompany across all markets.

The incumbent owns assigned workstreams from preparation through first-level review, works with a good degree of independence, and escalates judgment calls and exceptions to the Supervisor. The role offers broad exposure to Intrepid's marketplace-driven business model (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and multi-country operations.

**The role, as a part of SSC (Centre of Excellence)**

**Marketing Adjustments (40%)**

- Prepare and post marketing-related adjusting entries (accruals, reclassifications, corrections) across all markets, with supporting calculations and documentation
- Prepare marketing and SoCom accruals by matching revenue to cost, and reconcile the related receivable, payable, and unearned revenue balances
- Investigate and resolve marketing-related discrepancies flagged during close; escalate judgment calls to the R2R Supervisor
- Coordinate with AR, AP, and marketing/operations teams to obtain supporting data and confirm accrual bases
- Maintain trackers and supporting documentation for audit readiness

**Social Commerce (SoCom) Review (35%)**

- Review Social Commerce (SoCom) activity across all markets — livestream and affiliate/KOL activities — against platform data, campaign records, and agreed terms
- Investigate variances between reported livestream/affiliate results and expected cost, commission, or payouts; propose adjustments for Supervisor approval
- Ensure SoCom revenue and cost are matched and recorded in the correct period
- Maintain the SoCom tracking log by market and platform; monitor livestream/affiliate cost impact on GP% and claimback rules

**G&A Accounting (10%)**

- Prepare and post G&A journal entries (accruals, prepayments, reclassifications) across markets
- Perform G&A account reconciliations and independently resolve reconciling items
- Review G&A postings for correct coding and supporting documentation; explain significant movements
- Complete assigned month-end close checklist items on time

**Intercompany (Interco) – All Markets (10%)**

- Prepare intercompany entries and perform intercompany reconciliations across all COE markets
- Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches with counterpart entities within the close timeline
- Prepare intercompany schedules supporting elimination and consolidation

**General Support & Process Adherence (5%)**

- Follow R2R SOPs and the month-end close calendar; help update SOPs as processes change
- Escalate issues and exceptions to the R2R Supervisor promptly, with proposed solutions
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency
- Support audit queries for assigned areas and ad hoc requests from the R2R Supervisor and COE leadership
