With innovation at its core, Tech drives the digital backbone of our business and empowers every function to perform at its best. **About the Role** We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product initiatives within the Socom domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and operational users to identify pain points, define product requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product features. **Your responsibilities will include:** - Own the product lifecycle from discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather business requirements and define product priorities. - Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. - Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. - Drive product roadmap planning and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to continuously improve the product. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Socom domain. - Support change management and user adoption initiatives for newly launched features. ## Requirements **Who we look for - the ideal profile:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles. - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to handle ambiguous or complex requirements and convert them into structured solutions. - Experience in data-driven decision making and process optimization. - Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools and workflow automation is a plus. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or operational systems is preferred. - Strong English communication skills, especially when working with international stakeholders. **Good to have:** - Experience building internal operational systems or enterprise platforms. - Understanding of automation workflows and system integrations. - Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility. - Experience working in Southeast Asia markets is a plus. ## Benefits In return, you will be getting - We are building 'the operating system for digital commerce in South East Asia' covering all key platforms, working with leading international brands, with a breadth and depth of functionalities (Middleware, OMS, Inventory mgmt, Store Ops, CX, MarTech, Data & Analytics) that few in the industry can match - You get the chance to work on exciting SaaS projects and sophisticated features and functionalities that will make a big impact in the industry, on a top-notch scalable infrastructure. - Our Tech team has been around since 2017, so you will join a well-oiled and stable "machine" (= rockstar expert team), where processes are well established and enterprise-grade.
