We are seeking to hire a **Junior / Medior Jira System Administrator** to join our client team and support the administration, configuration and day-to-day management of Jira and related collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jira administration, a good understanding of dashboards and reporting, and the ability to manage user requests and provide effective support to business and technical users.

## Requirements

### What you'll do

-   Administer and maintain Jira environments.
-   Create and manage Jira users, groups and permissions.
-   Handle user requests and provide day-to-day Jira support.
-   Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, screens and related settings.
-   Create and maintain Jira dashboards and reports.
-   Prepare and maintain reports based on project and operational data.
-   Monitor and manage Jira-related requests and incidents.
-   Support teams with Jira configuration and usage-related queries.
-   Assist in the onboarding and management of new Jira users.
-   Maintain appropriate documentation for Jira configurations and processes.
-   Collaborate with IT and Business teams to understand and address Jira-related requirements.
-   Identify opportunities to improve Jira processes, reporting and user experience.

### Role Requirements

-   BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent field.
-   2+ years of experience in Jira administration or a similar IT support / systems administration role.
-   Hands-on experience with **Jira administration and configuration**.
-   Experience with Jira dashboards, filters and reporting.
-   Experience in user, group and permission management.
-   Good understanding of Jira projects, workflows and issue types.
-   Experience handling user requests and providing technical support.
-   Good understanding of IT service management principles.
-   Excellent command of English.

The following will be considered as a plus:

-   Experience with **Confluence administration**.
-   Knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM).
-   Experience with Jira automation.
-   Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
-   Experience in a Banking / Financial Services environment.
-   Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes.
