## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Requirements Analyst - IT Systems** to join our team and support the lifecycle management, development, and modernisation of complex IT systems.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, testers, and other IT professionals to identify business needs and translate them into clear **functional and non-functional requirements**. You will contribute to both internally developed and externally procured IT solutions, integrations, and digitalisation initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs
-   Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
-   Visualise requirements through process flows, descriptions, and prototypes
-   Analyse underlying business and IT processes
-   Lead and contribute to information and process mapping activities
-   Manage requirements within Agile development processes
-   Define and document requirements for IT procurements
-   Support the development of test cases and testing activities
-   Evaluate test results together with Test Leads, testers, and development teams
-   Collaborate with developers, solution architects, testers, and other Requirements Analysts
-   Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements management practices

## Requirements

-   Minimum **5 years of experience within the last 10 years** as a Requirements Analyst, Requirements Manager, or similar role
-   Strong experience gathering and analysing business needs and translating them into **functional and non-functional requirements**
-   Experience visualising and documenting requirements
-   Minimum **3 years of experience working in Agile, team-based environments**
-   Minimum **3 years of experience managing requirements using Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or similar tools**
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
-   Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
-   Excellent communication skills
-   **Fluent Swedish and English**, both written and spoken

### Nice to Have

-   3+ years of experience as a **Test Lead**
-   3+ years of experience with **information and process mapping**
-   Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements for **public-sector IT procurements**
-   Experience as a Requirements Analyst within **high-security or classified public-sector environments**
-   Experience supporting testing and test-case development
-   Experience working with system integrations and externally procured IT solutions
