## Description

We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to join our team and support transformation initiatives, business process optimisation, and operational improvement projects. The role acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, combining business analysis, process reengineering, project coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities to support scalable and value-driven transformation initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and support cross-functional transformation and operational improvement initiatives
-   Analyse current business operations, workflows, and technology-enabled processes
-   Conduct business process mapping, analysis, and reengineering activities
-   Identify operational inefficiencies, governance gaps, and improvement opportunities
-   Assess business requirements against operational feasibility and strategic priorities
-   Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
-   Translate business needs into structured requirements and implementation roadmaps
-   Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
-   Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates
-   Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, technology teams, and external stakeholders
-   Support continuous improvement and organisational alignment initiatives

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, PMO, Operational Excellence, or Project Management environments
-   Strong experience in business process analysis and process optimisation
-   Experience supporting or managing transformation initiatives within complex organisations
-   Strong understanding of business operations, governance, and technology-enabled transformation
-   Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
-   Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
-   Strong communication and presentation skills
-   Ability to work effectively across business and technology domains
-   Experience with business process mapping and process documentation methodologies
-   Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
-   Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Power BI
-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
