## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Data Modeler** to design and develop robust, scalable data models that support business processes, reporting, and analytical requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, BI analysts, data engineers, and ETL developers to translate complex business requirements into effective **conceptual, logical, and physical data models**, with a strong focus on **Data Vault 2.0, data warehouse architecture, data governance, and data quality**.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design and develop data models supporting business processes, BI, and analytical requirements
-   Create and maintain **conceptual, logical, and physical data models**
-   Design layered data warehouse architectures, including **staging, raw, business vault, and data marts**
-   Implement **Data Vault 2.0** concepts, including Hubs, Links, Satellites, historization, auditability, and traceability
-   Translate business requirements into scalable and effective data models
-   Apply **dimensional modeling**, including star and snowflake schemas
-   Conduct data profiling and analysis to support model design and assess the impact of changes
-   Define and document data definitions, metadata, and **data lineage**
-   Work closely with ETL developers and data engineers to ensure efficient data integration and flow
-   Collaborate with BI analysts and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytics needs
-   Ensure data models follow **data governance, quality, and modeling standards**
-   Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality-monitoring activities
-   Contribute to data integration and broader data management initiatives
-   Maintain clear technical documentation and modeling standards

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or a related field
-   Strong experience designing and implementing **layered data warehouse architectures**
-   Proven hands-on experience with **Data Vault 2.0**, including Hubs, Links, Satellites, historization, auditability, and traceability
-   Strong ability to develop **conceptual, logical, and physical data models**
-   Strong knowledge of **dimensional modeling**, including star and snowflake schemas
-   Advanced proficiency in **SQL**
-   Hands-on experience with data modeling tools
-   Strong understanding of **metadata management, data lineage, and data quality**
-   Experience with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality-monitoring techniques
-   Ability to translate complex business and reporting requirements into effective data models
-   Experience collaborating with **BI analysts, business stakeholders, ETL developers, and data engineers**
-   Ability to contribute to data-modeling documentation, standards, and best practices
-   Experience designing data models within **cloud environments**
-   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

### **Nice to Have**

-   Familiarity with **Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker** from a data engineering perspective
-   Familiarity with automation frameworks supporting **Data Vault generation**
-   Exposure to **AI-assisted modeling accelerators or metadata-driven automation**
-   Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
-   Familiarity with the **Court of Justice domain**
