# Mid-Senior Manual QA Engineer

## Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Mid-Senior Manual QA Engineer** to join a core Testing team and contribute to the quality and reliability of modern web applications.

The role focuses primarily on **manual testing**, covering functional, regression, and integration testing, while also offering the opportunity to contribute to **Business Analysis activities** and work closely with both technical and business teams.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design and execute **manual test cases and test scenarios**
-   Perform **functional, regression, and integration testing** across different application levels
-   Design test strategies and test plans for new features and application changes
-   Plan and coordinate testing cycles
-   Analyze functional requirements and specifications to identify appropriate testing scenarios
-   Log, track, and support the resolution of defects in collaboration with development teams
-   Document test results, findings, and identified issues clearly and accurately
-   Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other project stakeholders
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of **QA processes and best practices**
-   Support Business Analysis activities when required

## Requirements

-   University degree in **Computer Science** or a related field
-   **3+ years of professional experience in manual testing of web applications**
-   Strong experience designing and executing **test plans, test cases, and test scenarios**
-   Good knowledge of **functional, regression, and integration testing**
-   Ability to understand functional specifications and complex business requirements
-   Good understanding of **Business Analysis concepts**
-   Experience with defect tracking and collaboration tools such as **Jira or Azure DevOps**
-   Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
-   Ability to clearly document defects, test results, and findings
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams

### **Nice to Have**

-   Previous experience in **banking or fintech environments**
-   Familiarity with regulatory and auditing requirements within financial services
-   Knowledge of or experience with **test automation tools**
