# Mid Functional Analyst Tester

## Description

We are looking for a Mid FA Tester to join our team and support testing activities across digital banking applications and services. The role focuses on manual testing, test planning, test data preparation, defect reporting, and close collaboration with development and support teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop test plans aligned with project milestones
-   Generate test data based on customer and project requirements
-   Execute manual test cases and assess outcomes
-   Identify, document, and report issues and defects
-   Monitor software defects and customer issues until resolution
-   Perform re-testing after defect resolution
-   Collaborate with development and support teams to diagnose issues
-   Extract and analyse relevant information from systems to support troubleshooting
-   Support testing activities across mobile, web banking, payments, notifications, and loan-related flows

## Requirements

-   Experience in manual testing or functional acceptance testing
-   Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases
-   Experience preparing and managing test data
-   Experience reporting, monitoring, and re-testing defects
-   Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
-   Understanding of digital banking applications or financial services flows
-   Experience testing mobile applications or web banking platforms is considered an advantage
-   Experience with payments, transfers, notifications, or loan flows is considered an advantage
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Good communication and collaboration skills
-   Fluency in English
