## Description

We are looking for an **IT Project Manager - Secure IT Infrastructure** to join our team and lead the delivery of security-sensitive IT infrastructure initiatives.

The role focuses on projects involving protected IT environments, secure information transfer, infrastructure separation, and strict information security requirements. You will coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered securely, effectively, and in compliance with established security and governance requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and security-related projects
-   Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery plans
-   Monitor and report project progress, risks, financials, and decision points
-   Coordinate technical teams, infrastructure stakeholders, and other relevant functions
-   Manage risks and dependencies related to secure IT environments
-   Ensure alignment between technical implementation and information security requirements
-   Support planning of testing, acceptance, deployment, and implementation activities
-   Prepare documentation and reporting for steering committees and management
-   Drive project activities related to secure information and file transfer
-   Support coordination across separated or security-classified IT environments

## Requirements

-   Strong experience as an IT Project Manager
-   Experience managing IT infrastructure or information security-related projects
-   Experience working in environments with high information security requirements
-   Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery skills
-   Ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives
-   Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
-   Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
-   Ability to work on-site in Norrköping when required

### Nice to Have

-   Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects within public-sector or other environments with high information security requirements
-   Experience with separated, protected, or specially security-classified IT environments
-   Experience managing projects involving secure transfer of information or files between environments with different security levels
-   Experience with access control, information transfer restrictions, and technical separation requirements
