## Description

We are looking for a Mid QA Engineer to join our team and support quality assurance activities across software development projects. The role focuses on manual testing, validation of business requirements, defect management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with development and business teams to identify issues, validate functionality, and contribute to successful project delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Analyse business requirements and define test acceptance criteria
-   Design, maintain, and execute test cases to validate software functionality
-   Identify, document, and report software defects
-   Perform manual testing activities across different application areas
-   Validate software functionality against business and technical requirements
-   Collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution
-   Participate in testing cycles and project delivery activities
-   Contribute to testing documentation and reporting
-   Support continuous improvement of QA processes and practices

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manual QA role
-   Experience analysing business requirements and defining test acceptance criteria
-   Experience designing, maintaining, and executing test cases
-   Experience documenting and reporting software defects
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to think critically and approach challenges creatively
-   High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-   Ability to deliver results within strict timelines
-   Strong team collaboration skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
-   Experience working in Agile environments is considered an advantage

**Nice to have:**

-   ISTQB Certified Tester certification
-   Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
