## Description

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming software and banking transformation initiatives. The role involves end-to-end project delivery across regulatory, compliance, lending, digital banking, and customer experience projects, ensuring effective coordination between business, IT, delivery teams, and external stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure
-   Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
-   Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, delivery teams, and external vendors
-   Support regulatory and compliance-driven project delivery
-   Manage projects related to lending, loan transformation, and digital banking platforms
-   Govern project execution and ensure alignment with internal frameworks
-   Monitor progress, prepare status updates, and manage risks and escalations
-   Ensure timely and high-quality delivery within agreed parameters
-   Adapt governance and delivery approach depending on vendor involvement

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in project management within banking or financial services
-   Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, digital banking, or lending-related projects
-   Strong understanding of software delivery and banking transformation environments
-   Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Experience coordinating business, IT, delivery teams, and vendors
-   Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to manage priorities, risks, and escalations effectively
-   Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or PM²
