## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst - Business Relationship Management (BRM)** to join our team and support a leading international organization in driving business engagement, demand management, and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective digital solutions. You will lead requirements analysis, facilitate stakeholder workshops, support solution design and project delivery, and contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives in a multicultural environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
-   Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to elicit and validate business requirements
-   Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation, and digital transformation
-   Assess business demands, evaluate solution options, and support demand prioritisation and governance activities
-   Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
-   Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, and change management throughout the project lifecycle
-   Participate in solution design workshops and ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in proposed solutions
-   Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and business user coordination
-   Support deployment planning, operational handover, and post-implementation reviews
-   Produce and maintain high-quality business and project documentation

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

-   **Minimum 7 years of professional experience** as a Business Analyst across the full solution lifecycle (SL3 Seniority Level)

-   Strong experience in business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability

-   Experience with business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies

-   Experience supporting solution design, development, testing, implementation, and transition to operations

-   Experience working on medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects in international environments

-   Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and/or PRINCE2 or PMI delivery methodologies

-   Strong stakeholder management and business relationship management skills

-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

-   Excellent documentation and presentation skills

-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Copilot

-   Professional proficiency in English

### Nice to Have

-   IIBA (CCBA/CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification
-   Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform
-   Experience with citizen development and low-code platforms
-   Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI-powered workflow automation
-   Experience defining demand management or technology governance processes
-   Experience working within international or multinational organisations
-   Knowledge of French or another official UN language
