## Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and develop next-generation AI-powered applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions using Generative AI technologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent services
-   Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
-   Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI workflows
-   Design and implement AI agents and orchestration frameworks
-   Develop backend services and REST APIs supporting AI applications
-   Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software solutions
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI use cases
-   Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions
-   Contribute to technical architecture, documentation, and engineering best practices
-   Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
-   5+ years of professional software development experience
-   Strong programming experience in Python
-   Experience developing AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
-   Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
-   Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or PydanticAI
-   Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms
-   Experience developing backend applications using FastAPI or Django
-   Experience designing and developing REST APIs
-   Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
-   Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus
-   Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
-   Experience with AI observability tools such as LangSmith or Arize Phoenix
-   Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
-   Experience building AI copilots or intelligent assistants
