# Senior Scrum Master - Digital Product Development

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support and drive agile ways of working in a cross-functional team developing user-centric digital services for route planning. The assignment starts in November 2026, with 50% on-site work in Södertälje and 50% remote.

You will facilitate the team’s agile delivery, remove impediments and drive continuous improvement, helping the team deliver scalable, high-quality digital services efficiently. You will work closely with product owners, developers, UX designers, data specialists and business stakeholders, creating structure, transparency and momentum in a dynamic and evolving product environment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, information technology or a related field
-   Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development
-   Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies and team facilitation techniques, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement
-   Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams and driving agile maturity and continuous improvement
-   Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, risks and delivery planning in complex environments
-   Hands-on experience facilitating agile delivery using Jira and Confluence
-   Strong coaching, communication and servant leadership skills
-   Fluent English, spoken and written
-   Able to work on-site in Södertälje 50% of the time

-   Experience from connected vehicles, telematics, mobility services or digital coaching solutions
-   Experience working with data-driven product teams
-   Experience in scaled agile environments or across multiple teams
-   Understanding of UX, product discovery and customer-centric development
-   Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
