# QA Automation & Development Lead

## Description

We are looking for a QA Automation & Development Lead to join our team and drive quality engineering, test automation, internal platform development, and technical innovation initiatives. The role combines software development, test automation, DevOps, technical leadership, and project coordination responsibilities. You will lead the design and implementation of testing strategies, build internal tools and integrations, support multiple QA teams, and contribute to the adoption of AI-powered solutions across development and testing activities.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead QA automation and development initiatives across multiple systems and platforms
-   Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies covering UI, API, and E2E testing
-   Develop and maintain integration microservices using Java Spring Boot
-   Design and build internal tools to improve QA and development workflows
-   Act as technical lead for internal platform initiatives, including architecture, coordination, and delivery activities
-   Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and CI/CD infrastructure
-   Support QA teams with automation execution, troubleshooting, and best practices
-   Administer and maintain testing and UAT platforms
-   Lead technical integrations and code quality initiatives
-   Drive adoption of AI-powered development and testing solutions
-   Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions

## Requirements

-   Strong experience in QA Automation and Software Development
-   Experience designing and implementing UI, API, and End-to-End test automation strategies
-   Strong development experience with Java Spring Boot
-   Experience with Python and/or Node.js development
-   Experience building backend services, integrations, and microservices
-   Experience developing frontend applications using React
-   Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium
-   Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure
-   Experience with Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices
-   Experience working with Kubernetes-based environments
-   Experience integrating systems using REST APIs and Kafka
-   Experience working with Azure cloud services
-   Understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating delivery activities
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Professional proficiency in English

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with AI-powered development and testing tools
-   Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
-   Experience with OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, or similar AI platforms
-   Experience supporting multiple Agile delivery teams
