## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Data Governance Specialist** to deliver and continuously improve enterprise **data governance, metadata management, and data quality capabilities**.

You will work closely with business owners, Data Stewards, Architects, Engineers, Security, Privacy, and Risk teams, with a strong focus on **Collibra and Soda**.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and improve the **business glossary, data catalogue, metadata, and critical data elements**
-   Implement data ownership and stewardship processes
-   Support data classification and lineage
-   Configure and improve **Collibra governance workflows**
-   Monitor and improve data quality using **Soda**
-   Define and maintain data quality rules
-   Support data-quality issue management and reporting
-   Support governance adoption and compliance requirements
-   Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the organization

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of relevant professional experience**
-   Strong understanding of **data governance frameworks**
-   Experience with metadata management
-   Strong knowledge of **data quality management**
-   SQL experience
-   Hands-on experience with **Collibra**
-   Experience with **Soda**
-   Experience implementing enterprise governance processes
-   Strong ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
-   Proficiency in **Greek and English**
