# IT Project Manager - Intranet & Digital Workplace

## Description

We are looking for an **IT Project Manager - Intranet & Digital Workplace** to join our team and lead the delivery of a major enterprise intranet and digital workplace initiative.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating structure, driving project execution, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality targets. The assignment involves close collaboration between business, IT, external suppliers, and development teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and drive IT projects and assignments in close collaboration with the project organisation
-   Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery plans
-   Monitor and report project status, financials, risks, and decision points
-   Prepare documentation and decision material for steering committees and management groups
-   Lead and coordinate project teams, including external suppliers and development teams
-   Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers
-   Coordinate procurement activities and supplier dialogues
-   Plan testing, acceptance, deployment, and implementation activities
-   Plan and drive communication, training, and change management activities
-   Share knowledge and experience with other Project Managers and IT stakeholders

## Requirements

-   Strong experience as an IT Project Manager
-   Experience leading IT projects involving implementation, replacement, or major transformation of enterprise-wide IT solutions
-   Minimum 3 years of experience leading IT projects involving custom-developed system solutions and integrations with business systems
-   Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication
-   Ability to independently lead projects and smaller teams
-   Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-   Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
-   Ability to work on-site in Norrköping when required

### Nice to Have

-   Experience leading intranet, external web, or similar digital workplace implementations
-   Experience with change management and introduction of new digital ways of working for large user groups
-   Experience leading procurement activities within public-sector organisations
-   Experience managing external suppliers in relation to implementation or lifecycle management of IT systems
