# Senior Product Analyst

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team and take ownership of digital products built on a modern microservices architecture. You will drive the product vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of back-end APIs that serve a large customer base.

The role combines product ownership with requirement leadership. You will work in a fast-paced agile environment, in close cooperation with developers and stakeholders, to deliver real value to customers while ensuring high availability and strong observability.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Define the product vision and translate it into a tangible 9-12-month roadmap
-   Own, develop and optimise the product to its full potential
-   Manage and groom the backlog to maintain focus and clear priorities
-   Contribute to the design and evolution of back-end APIs within a microservices architecture
-   Improve observability (alarms and monitoring) and ensure high uptime
-   Drive growth initiatives to enhance product capabilities
-   Act as Requirement Lead during seasonal, company-wide initiatives
-   Refine and document requirements and ensure a smooth handover from requirement phase to build phase
-   Follow up on delivery to ensure quality and alignment with business goals

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or similar role
-   Strong experience in defining product vision and roadmaps
-   Solid experience in backlog management and prioritisation
-   Good understanding of APIs and back-end systems
-   Knowledge of microservices architecture
-   Experience working in agile environments
-   Experience in requirement analysis and documentation
-   Leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives across teams
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-   Strong sense of ownership, structure and accountability
-   Proficiency in English and Swedish

**Nice to Have**

-   Technical background or hands-on experience with API design
-   Experience with monitoring and observability tools
-   Agile or product-related certifications (e.g. SAFe, CSPO, PSPO)
-   Experience in the telecommunications domain
-   Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
