# Senior IT Service Manager - IT/OT

## Description

We are looking for a **Senior IT Service Manager - IT/OT** to join our team and take a leading role in the planning, coordination, management, and continuous development of business-critical IT and OT services.

In this role, you will act as a key link between business and IT, coordinating development, innovation, and service management activities across complex technical environments. The position covers two technical domains, including **business-critical technical infrastructure and OT systems**, as well as **IT/OT solutions supporting operational and vessel-related environments**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate development, innovation, and lifecycle management activities for IT and OT services
-   Lead IT assignments, projects, and improvement initiatives
-   Manage the lifecycle of existing IT services, including procurements, upgrades, and other changes
-   Act as a primary contact between business stakeholders and IT teams
-   Coordinate internal resources and multiple development activities
-   Monitor and report timelines, costs, results, deviations, risks, and required decisions
-   Prepare service plans, quarterly plans, budget documentation, and other governance material
-   Coordinate and manage external suppliers
-   Handle support matters, escalations, and supplier-related issues
-   Lead and coordinate activities related to incidents
-   Support and further develop Agile ways of working
-   Ensure IT services are managed and developed in a structured, quality-assured, and business-oriented manner

## Requirements

-   Minimum **6 years of experience within the last 10 years** in a senior IT-related leadership role, such as IT Project Manager, IT Service Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Application/Service Management Lead, or similar
-   Proven experience monitoring and managing **time, cost, and delivery results**
-   Experience reporting to management and steering committees
-   Experience coordinating multiple IT development activities
-   Experience leading or coordinating teams of at least **8 people**
-   Strong experience working with IT services throughout their lifecycle
-   Experience working with complex enterprise IT environments
-   Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
-   Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-   Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
-   **Fluent Swedish**, both written and spoken

### Relevant Background

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

-   OT systems and business-critical technical infrastructure
-   Enterprise IT/OT environments
-   Control and operational systems
-   Maintenance or asset management systems
-   Safety management systems
-   Satellite communication solutions
-   System integrations and externally acquired IT solutions

### Nice to Have

-   Minimum **2 years of experience within the last 7 years** leading procurement activities within the public sector
-   Minimum **2 years of experience within the last 7 years** leading external suppliers in connection with IT system implementation or lifecycle management
-   Minimum **2 years of experience within the last 7 years** in an IT-related leadership role connected to Agile teams and software development, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst
