# Sales operations & Business Analyst Internship

## Description

Currently we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and professional **Intern** to join our Invest Lithuania team! 

**Your Responsibilities**  

-   Support day-to-day CRM data management - entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in the system. 

-   Assist in preparing basic sales reports and performance summaries to support team decision-making. 

-   Provide general administrative support for various sales operations tasks. 

-   Support the optimization and effective use of sales tools and systems, helping to improve data quality, user adoption, and operational efficiency. 

-   Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to ongoing projects. 

-   Learn about sales processes and tools through hands-on involvement in real work. 

**Requirements** 

-   Computer literacy with solid Microsoft Excel skills and good PowerPoint skills. 

-   Interest in AI tools and enthusiasm for learning new technologies to improve work efficiency. 

-   Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. 

-   Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. 

-   Fluency in English. 

-   Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (but not required - we'll teach you).
