In this role, you'll be responsible for advancing Lithuania's investment climate through policy advocacy, regulatory improvements, and strategic initiatives in one of priority sectors such as **Bioeconomy, Defense, ICT**. We are looking for an ambitious and passionate **Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our Investment Climate Team**. Our team works closely with investors, business associations, public institutions, policymakers, and international partners to identify barriers to investment and develop solutions that strengthen Lithuania's attractiveness as an investment destination. We also lead initiatives that support the growth of strategic industries by fostering a predictable, business-friendly, and competitive regulatory environment and institutional set-up.

**What will you be doing?**

-   Drive investment climate improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening Lithuania's competitiveness in strategic sectors.
-   Identify regulatory bottlenecks affecting investors and formulate policy recommendations to address them.
-   Lead and coordinate policy advocacy projects by engaging with ministries, regulatory agencies, industry associations, investors, and other stakeholders.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance investment climate priorities.
-   Track implementation of policy initiatives and measure their impact on Lithuania's investment environment and strategic ecosystem development.

**What do we expect from you?**

-   A university degree, preferably in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
-   At least 3 years of professional experience in public affairs, regulatory affairs, policy development, government relations, advocacy, consultancy, business associations, public sector, or a related field.
-   Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations.
-   Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with both public and private sector organizations.
-   Ability to independently lead projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders toward a common objective.
-   Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

**What would be considered an advantage?**

-   Experience in policy advocacy or regulatory affairs related to technology, innovation, life sciences, defense, digitalization, or other highly regulated sectors.
-   Convincing understanding of policy-making processes and regulatory frameworks.
-   Experience working with government institutions, international companies, business associations, think tanks, or international organizations.
-   Knowledge of Lithuania's investment environment and economic development priorities.
-   Curiosity about technology, innovation, and economic development, particularly in strategic sectors such as ICT(AI), Bioeconomy, Defense, and advanced manufacturing.
-   Creativity and drive to improve, learn, and achieve significant results; in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
