**We hope that you are ready to:** 

-   Prepare strategic legal guidance and insights on Lithuania’s investment and business environment for internal teams supporting national and foreign investors throughout the preparation and implementation of investment projects in Lithuania. 
-   Provide in-depth legal advice to our internal team and strategic partners on the development, design, and enhancement of incentive measures for investors. 
-   Handle or lead legal analysis, including involvement in the delivery of proposals/draft regulations or legal opinions to improve business environment. 
-   Advise internal teams on corporate, contractual, regulatory, and governance matters, and contribute to the development of the organization’s in-house legal practice. 
-   Represent Invest Lithuania at central and local government institutions and in relationships with other companies or agencies. 

**We expect you to have:**  

-   A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law. 

-   At least 5 years of proven experience as a lawyer.  

-   Experience in state aid law and legislative processes in Lithuania would be an advantage.
-   Experience advising international clients would be an advantage. 
-   In-depth understanding of Lithuanian legal acts and the ability to use them effectively. 

-   Fluency in both spoken and written Lithuanian and English. 

-   A high degree of autonomy in executing tasks.  

-   The ability to solve complex problems, organize data, draw conclusions, and present them clearly.
