**Role Overview:**

iPiD is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Finance Business Partner – Reporting & Insights to drive the company’s management reporting, performance monitoring, and business intelligence capabilities.

This role will be responsible for translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will own management reporting, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, performance analysis, and cross-functional business partnering, while also supporting planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

The role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and business performance, helping leadership understand what is happening in the business, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken.

**Core Responsibilities :**

**Management Reporting & Performance Monitoring**

-   Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process.
-   Prepare executive reporting packs and performance reviews for leadership and Board meetings.
-   Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of management information.
-   Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior periods, and strategic targets.
-   Develop clear narratives and recommendations to explain business performance.

**KPI Framework & Dashboarding**

-   Own and maintain KPI reporting and performance measurement processes across the business.Develop and maintain executive dashboards covering financial, commercial, operational, and product metrics.
-   Monitor key business indicators including revenue growth, customer performance, gross margin, transaction volumes, cost drivers, and profitability.
-   Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards across the organisation.
-   Identify reporting gaps and implement improvements to increase visibility and accountability.

**Business Partnering & Strategic Insights**

-   Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to support performance management and decision-making.
-   Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
-   Support business case development, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.
-   Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
-   Provide actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

**Planning & Forecasting**

-   Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
-   Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
-   Track business performance against plans and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
-   Assist management in understanding the financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.

**Data Quality & Process Improvement**

-   Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
-   Drive automation and scalability of reporting processes.
-   Improve reporting controls, governance, and documentation.
-   Help establish best practices for data management, reporting, and performance analysis.

## Requirements

-   4–6 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, finance business partnering, performance management, or similar analytical roles.
-   Proven experience building management reporting frameworks, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards.
-   Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
-   Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Advanced Excel capabilities.
-   Experience with BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
-   Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful business insights.
-   Strong understanding of management reporting, performance measurement, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
-   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial and operational performance to business outcomes.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Able to simplify complex information and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
-   Highly analytical, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**Good to Have**

-   Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environments.
-   Experience supporting Board, executive, or investor reporting.
