## Description

Ironclad & Co. is seeking detail-oriented Ophthalmic Medical Scribes in Palm Beach and Broward County to support ophthalmology providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and clinical findings in real-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and ophthalmic procedures to ensure comprehensive and precise record-keeping.

**Responsibilities**

-   Accurately document patient history, examination details, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures during ophthalmology visits
-   Assist ophthalmologists in maintaining up-to-date and organized medical records
-   Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and privacy regulations
-   Collaborate with medical staff to streamline workflow and improve patient care
-   Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently and responsibly

**Requirements**

-   Experience as a medical scribe, preferably in ophthalmology or related medical field
-   Knowledge of ophthalmic terminology and procedures and Fluorescein Angiogram
