## Description

Our client is a globally leading and successful industrial group. For the production site in the Paderborn area, we are currently seeking an experienced Head of Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d).

**Your Responsibilities:**

-   Leading and further developing the efficient Accounting and Controlling team
-   Preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements for individual entities
-   Cost accounting
-   Controlling
-   Budgeting
-   Reporting
-   Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
-   Supporting the CFO of the German group in all matters

## Requirements

**Your Qualifications:**

-   Professional experience in accounting and controlling in a manufacturing company; alternatively, background in auditing
-   Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or comparable qualification
-   Solid knowledge of tax law as well as HGB and IFRS
-   Initial experience in professional and disciplinary leadership
-   Good command of English, both written and spoken
