**Our client** is a globally leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic packaging for the cosmetics industry. With a long-standing presence in the market and prestigious clients such as **L’Oréal, Clarins, and Pierre Fabre**, the company is firmly established in France and is now seeking to strengthen its sales team with a field-based position.

### **Your Responsibilities**

-   Independent management and strategic development of existing clients in France
-   Acquisition of new clients with a focus on major cosmetics brands (e.g. LVMH, Chanel, Roche, Coty)
-   Sales of plastic packaging solutions – from technical consultation to contract closure
-   Leading sales negotiations and preparing tailored offers
-   Close collaboration with internal teams in France and Austria
-   Attendance at trade fairs and networking events

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
-   Key account management in the packaging or cosmetics industry
-   Fluent in **French** and very good **English** skills
-   **German** is a plus, as it is the corporate language
-   Self-driven, communicative and customer-oriented personality
-   Confident use of ERP and CRM systems
-   High willingness to travel within France
-   Located in Paris, Toulouse or Bordeaux
