### Role Description

As a **Senior Project Manager** at Innovative Solutions, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure.
-   Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
-   Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
-   Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans.
-   Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
-   Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability.
-   Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
-   Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, or IT.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance project planning, reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency.
