## Description

iSchool is looking for a **highly experienced Senior Data Science & AI Content Developer** to lead the creation of **innovative, engaging, and industry-aligned learning content** .

This is a **leadership role** where you will design and oversee **end-to-end AI & Data Science learning journeys**, mentor junior content developers, and ensure all content meets **high pedagogical and technical standards**.

You will play a key role in shaping how students learn **data-driven thinking, machine learning, and real-world AI applications**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the development of **comprehensive Data Science & AI curriculum** (Beginner → Advanced)
-   Design and oversee:

-   Interactive lessons and structured learning paths
-   Hands-on projects and real-world case studies
-   Assignments and assessment frameworks

-   Mentor and guide **junior content developers**
-   Define **curriculum structure, roadmap, and content strategy**
-   Review and enhance content based on **student feedback and performance insights**
-   Maintain high standards of **content quality, clarity, and engagement**
-   Contribute to **cross-functional and project leadership initiatives**
