ISRD is a private limited liability corporation operating in California and several other states within the United States. The company boasts an extensive portfolio of intellectual property, consisting of patented technologies, trade secrets, and other valuable assets developed over a period of 30 years. ISRD operates as a virtual entity, utilizing the expertise of employees located in multiple states within the US and internationally.
What We Sell, Our Product
Our corporation generates smaller corporations which are offered to partners as a "product." These smaller corporations serve as the partner's subsidiary for Installed Sales and provide field services on a national or international scale for the products sold by the partner. This "product" serves as an alternative to the partner acquiring existing field service companies, as the subsidiary is custom-built to the partner's specifications before being acquired directly from our corporation. The "product" may be viewed as a reverse engineered acquisition for the benefit of the partner.
Why We Sell
The installed sales industry heavily relies on a complex interconnection of individuals contributing to the industry, often without realizing they are working together. This is referred to as a "large-scale, open, sociotechnical system" in academic circles. At ISRD, we shift the reliance on "human delivery" to "product delivery" through the utilization of proprietary processes. We follow a structured approach of first architecting product solutions and then developing these solutions, resulting in a ready-to-deliver product. ISRD operates the subsidiary until it attains operational maturity and meets critical performance indicators (CPIs) in the areas of Effectiveness, Automation, Satisfaction, and Sustainability (EASS). Upon achieving these performance metrics, the subsidiary is sold to the partner in a turnkey transaction.
