### Roles and Responsibilities

-   Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering staffing, service levels, adherence, and other operational metrics
-   Analyze trends and identify variances in key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
-   Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reports and data outputs
-   Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams to understand and deliver reporting requirements
-   Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks to support evolving business needs
-   Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
-   Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools to improve data accessibility and interpretation
-   Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendations
-   Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies through validation and reconciliation processes
-   Document reporting processes and maintain clear guidelines to ensure consistency
-   Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics capabilities
-   Engage stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and present insights in a clear, structured manner

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months of Real Time Analyst/Workforce experience in a BPO setting
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
-   Strong interpersonal skills
-   Excellent analytical skills
-   Strong problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work well in a team environment.
-   Ability to work independently
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
