**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.

-   Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
-   Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.
-   Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
-   Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year BPO experience handling a **Healthcare Campaign (US Healthcare Insurance)**
-   **Good working knowledge with Medical Billing (Claims, Benefits, Appeals)**
-   **Must have experience billing for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)**
-   Good to excellent English communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shifts
