## Description

**Account specific roles and responsibilities**

-   Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.
-   Identify and log missing information or entries (e.g., RBT signatures).
-   Coordinate with onshore teams to obtain the required documentation.
-   Maintain accurate records of findings using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
-   Generate and submit weekly summary reports of missing items.
-   Follow internal audit guidelines and escalate concerns as needed.
-   Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
-   Healthcare BPO experience is a PLUS
-   Good Verbal and Written English skills
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Must be keen to details
-   Willing to work onsite in **Buendia, Makati**
-   Amenable working night shift
