**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Handle inbound calls from customers to book appointments based on their preferred schedule
-   Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled appointments and address any customer concerns
-   Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
-   Manage customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns

**Job Requirements:**

-   At least 6 months of BPO experience (Voice Account)
-   Previous experience in appointment setting is a PLUS
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
-   Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
-   Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
-   Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
-   Amenable working night shift

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar role
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
-   Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
-   Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred
